Peak lapel
The classic choice: an upward sweep that sharpens the chest and the shoulder line.
Black tie · Bangkok
A dinner suit is a study in restraint: satin or grosgrain facing, a clean chest, a sharp trouser line. We cut it to your measurements and finish it by hand.
Peak or shawl lapel, one button or double-breasted, with the trousers and waist covering to match.
The dinner suit, in detail
Black tie has a narrow vocabulary, so the details have to be right: the facing should match on lapel and trouser, the shirt should sit cleanly under the jacket, and the waist should be covered.
We cut the dinner jacket with the same in-house pattern work as our suits, then finish the facings and buttons by hand.
If you already own the trousers or the waistcoat, bring them. We will match the cloth and the facing as closely as the mill allows.
